The MFC Academy Program is a player development program designed for youth that want to play soccer more often and throughout the year  All teams in this program are trained by licensed staff coaches.  Player development is emphasized to help prepare youth to play more competitively as they get older. 

The goals of the Academy Program are to teach and develop the players in a positive, creative, fun and challenging environment. Teams will train in a pool format with smaller, flexible game day rosters to facilitate competition and participation. There are no tryouts for this program.

Highlights:

• Teams are trained by WYSA licensed staff coaches twice per week (75 minute sessions)
   
• The team will compete with other academy programs in Manitowoc, Sheboygan and Green Bay area.
   
• Compete in one - two outdoor tournaments
