Registration is now OPEN! 2022 - 2023 Select, Academy and Community Programs

Manitowoc Futbol Club (MFC) utilizes Demosphere on-line to manage registration and enrollment for our Programs.  Below you will find instructions on how to register for any of our programs. Please read the instructions below before starting the registration process.  

To register for Manitowoc FC Programs:

Step 1:  This is the first step for Select or Community Program Registration.

  • From our site click on Programs then click on Select, Community or Academy and click on Register Here!  This will take you to the Lakeshore United website for program registration.

  • Create an Account or log into your Demosphere Account

  • A Parent should be listed as a Household Admin and the Player as a participant

  • You may Register for:

    • Select Tryouts - Manitowoc FC - Tryouts Summer 2022

    • Community Soccer - Manitowoc FC - Community 2022/2023

    • Academy Soccer - Manitowoc FC - Academy 2022/2023 

  • Complete the registration questions

  • Complete payment screen and check out.

  • Please note: If you already have a Demosphere Account you do not need to create a new one. Simply register using your current username/password. DO NOT create a new account! If you don’t remember your password when logging in click on Forgot My Password
